The Account Manager is responsible for managing the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and supporting management with financial analysis. The role includes supervising daily accounting activities, coordinating audits, managing taxation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, and other statutory returns as applicable.
- Coordinate with auditors for statutory,



internal, and tax audits.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Verify payroll accounting entries and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaise with banks, government authorities, auditors, and external consultants.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
