Rubain Technologies is hiring UPVC Sales Associates for a leading client in the Building Materials, Paints & Coatings, UPVC Doors & Windows, Fenestration, Construction Materials, and Home Improvement Industry.
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Experience: 1+ Year
CTC: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹3.8 LPA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and project customers.
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Promote and sell UPVC doors and windows.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and coordinate project execution.
- Achieve sales targets and prepare daily sales reports.
- Deliver excellent customer service and product consultation.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Dealer Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, or Project Sales.
- Experience in UPVC Doors & Windows, Building Materials, Paints, Construction Materials, Fenestration, Home Improvement,
Architectural Products, Hardware, Plywood, Laminates, Aluminium, or Glass Industry is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
