About the Role

Blushingtone Unisex Salon is looking for a responsible, friendly, and well-organized Salon Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salon. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage staff while ensuring an excellent experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate staff schedules and support the team in their daily responsibilities.
- Welcome clients and maintain a qualified and friendly customer experience.
- Handle client enquiries, appointments, feedback, and service-related concerns.
- Coordinate with stylists and other salon professionals to ensure efficient service.
- Monitor salon cleanliness, hygiene, and overall presentation.
- Maintain stock levels and coordinate the availability of salon products and supplies.




- Support the team in achieving customer satisfaction and salon performance goals.
- Maintain basic records related to appointments, sales, inventory, and daily operations.
- Assist with promotions, customer retention, and local marketing activities when required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in salon management, hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and motivate a team.
- Skilled, presentable, and customer-friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of salon operations and services.
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced salon environment.
