Patient Care Management

- Ensure high-quality nursing care for all patients.
- Monitor patient assessment, treatment, and documentation.
- Ensure timely administration of medications and treatments.
- Supervise infection control and patient safety practices.
- Handle emergency situations efficiently.

Staff Supervision

- Supervise duty nurses, ward assistants, and support staff.
- Prepare and manage staff duty rosters/shifts.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Guide and support junior nursing staff.
- Conduct ward rounds and nursing audits.

Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with doctors regarding patient care plans.
- Communicate important patient conditions to management and consultants.
- Coordinate with laboratory, pharmacy, OT, ICU, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Attend departmental meetings and management reviews.

Documentation & Records

- Ensure accurate nursing records and reports are maintained.
- Verify patient charts, nursing notes, and medication records.
- Maintain admission/discharge records.
- Prepare daily census and incident reports.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols.
- Follow NABH and statutory guidelines.




- Monitor biomedical waste management practices.
- Ensure infection prevention and control measures are followed.
- Participate in quality improvement activities.

Inventory & Equipment Management

- Monitor availability of medicines and consumables.
- Maintain nursing equipment in working condition.
- Report equipment breakdowns immediately.
- Verify stock usage and indents.

Training & Development

- Conduct orientation for new nursing staff.
- Organize nursing training and continuing education programs.
- Educate staff on hospital protocols and emergency procedures.

Patient & Attender Relations

- Address patient complaints and grievances politely.
- Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Educate patients and attenders regarding treatment and care instructions.

Additional Responsibilities

- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes.
- Support hospital accreditation activities.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
