Job Title: Accountant / Junior Accountant

​Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 0 to 1 Year (Freshers welcome)

​Key Responsibilities

- ​Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain accurate daily financial records and manage end-to-end bookkeeping operations.
- ​Software Management: Utilize Tally and Zoho Books for all accounting entries, invoicing, and ledger management.
- ​Taxation & Filing: Handle the preparation, calculation, and tracking of GST and TDS returns.
- ​Statutory Compliance: Manage calculations and documentation for employee benefits, including PF (Provident Fund) and ESIC.
- ​Corporate Compliance: Maintain standard accounting compliance required for a Private Limited entity.
- ​Reconciliation: Perform regular bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
- ​Reporting: Prepare routine financial summaries and MIS reports for management review.

​Candidate Requirements

- ​Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) is mandatory.
- ​Experience:



0 to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance (Highly motivated freshers with strong theoretical knowledge are encouraged to apply).
- ​Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books.
- ​Subject Matter Expertise: Solid understanding of core accounting principles, GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC structures.
- ​Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and good communication skills.
