Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax regulations.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Monitor cash flow and prepare financial reports for management.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.





Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with GST, TDS, and income tax compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll processing.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
