We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to Head one our of most important units- Football
About the role:
- Minimum years of experience- Minimum 5 years in the area of football and minimum 8 years in production/ manufacturing
- Expertise in- Football production, stitching, thermobond, PU, TPU, Lamination, Printing
- Location preference- Jalandhar
- Education- Minimum diploma is required
About you:
- Knowledge of football processes- Stitching, printing, lamination
- Knowledge of best production practices- TPM, Lean, Manpower management, TQM, PPC
- Strong leadership skills
- Long term commitment to the company is required
- Hard working and dedicated with a strong work ethic
- Work with other departments to ensure on time deliveries while maintaining optimum production capacity
- Previous experience in the Sports Goods manufacturing industry is highly desirable
