Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement CSR projects in alignment with the organization's mission and focus areas.

2. Conduct thorough research to identify potential corporate partners and understand their CSR priorities.

3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate partners, engaging them in the planning and execution of CSR initiatives.

4. Lead the development of project proposals, including budgeting, timelines, and expected outcomes.

5. Lead due diligence efforts and negotiate deal terms with external parties

6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and adherence to objectives.

7. Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR projects, providing regular reports to stakeholders.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in CSR to continuously improve project strategies.

Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration,



Social Sciences, Non-profit Management).

2. Knowledge of CSR principles, sustainable development goals, and corporate sustainability practices.

3. Solid understanding of financial concepts and ability to develop financial models

4. Robust negotiation skills to secure favorable terms in deals

5. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

6. Multilingual capabilities are a plus
