Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Automation Engineer with 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with ABB automation systems and strong expertise in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting. The role involves supporting automation projects, commissioning control systems, and providing technical support at manufacturing facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, program, test, and commission ABB, PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems.
- Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems.
- Modify and optimize PLC logic, HMI screens, and SCADA applications based on project and customer requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve automation, communication, and control system issues.
- Integrate PLCs with field instruments, drives, sensors, and other industrial devices.
- Conduct FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) activities.
- Prepare technical documentation, I/O lists, functional specifications, backup files, and commissioning reports.
- Coordinate with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide technical support during production and maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project quality requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Automation,



or a related Engineering discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience with ABB, PLC, HMI, and SCADA is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of PLC programming, HMI development, and SCADA configuration.
- Experience with industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP, or OPC.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, and P&ID; diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial automation projects.
- Knowledge of VFDs, servo drives, industrial networking, and instrumentation.
- Exposure to commissioning and startup activities.
- Familiarity with electrical control panels and field devices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
