Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through 90% Chat and 10% Voice support.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional resolutions.
- Troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional support experience.
- Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Eligibility
- Undergraduate or Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Chat Process is mandatory.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Positive typing speed with strong grammar and comprehension.
- Comfortable handling a small volume of voice interactions.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
