Job Summary

The Pickup & Delivery Executive is responsible for the timely collection and delivery of customer orders while ensuring garments are handled safely and professionally. The role also involves verifying orders, collecting payments (if required), and providing excellent customer service

Key Responsibilities

- Pick up and deliver laundry orders as per the daily schedule.
- Verify garment quantity and order details during pickup and delivery.
- Handle garments carefully to prevent damage or mix-ups.
- Collect payments and obtain customer confirmation/signature when required.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update order status.
- Coordinate with the Operations Executive for daily routes and schedules.




- Ensure timely deliveries and communicate any delays to customers.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with customers.

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th/12th pass.
- Valid driving license (Two-Wheeler/Four-Wheeler as applicable).
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for navigation and order updates.
- Honest, punctual, and responsible.

Pay: ₹15,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
