About Us

Translog International Services Pvt. Ltd. is a growing logistics company specializing in freight forwarding, transportation, project logistics, warehousing, and supply chain solutions across India and the GCC. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our freight forwarding team.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate import and export shipments by air, sea, and land.
- Arrange transportation with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and customs brokers.
- Obtain freight quotations and negotiate rates with carriers and vendors.
- Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, and other logistics documents.
- Track shipments from origin to destination and provide timely updates to customers.
- Coordinate with overseas agents, customers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle shipment scheduling, delivery planning, and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor shipment milestones and ensure timely loading, transit, customs clearance, and delivery.
- Maintain shipment records, prepare reports, and update internal tracking systems.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and customer requirements.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain,



Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations.
- Valuable knowledge of import/export documentation and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and perform under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transport vendors.
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping documentation.
- Familiarity with GCC or Middle East logistics operations is an advantage.
