Hotel Grand Gulmohar is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive/HR Manager to manage end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and training skills, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate payroll and statutory compliance.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit formalities.
- Conduct employee orientation and training programs.
- Monitor employee performance and assist HODs in performance management.
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Manage staff welfare, disciplinary actions, and engagement activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS.

Requirements





- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience (hospitality experience preferred).
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of payroll, labour laws, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
