Job Summary

Sethia Infrastructure is seeking a qualified and experienced MEP Engineer to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for residential, commercial, redevelopment, and SRA projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, quality control, and timely completion of all MEP activities in compliance with project specifications and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage all MEP activities at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and project teams for seamless project execution.
- Ensure installation of electrical, plumbing, firefighting, HVAC, and ELV systems as per approved drawings.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks for MEP works.
- Coordinate with statutory authorities for approvals and compliance requirements.
- Review contractor bills, measurements, and material requirements.
- Resolve technical issues related to MEP services during execution.




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection reports, and project documentation.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Relevant certifications in MEP systems will be an added advantage.
