Job Summary

Enfono Technologies is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate project delivery, and ensure effective collaboration between internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate should have robust decision-making, problem-solving, planning, and client management skills, with the ability to take ownership and drive projects towards successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations and ensure effective coordination across teams and projects.
- Plan and track project timelines, deliverables, priorities, and resource allocation to ensure timely execution.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or bottlenecks, and drive appropriate corrective actions.
- Manage client communication and expectations, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, updates are provided, and concerns are addressed effectively.
- Ensure quality of service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Make timely operational decisions and resolve project, process, and coordination challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement practices that improve efficiency, accountability, and delivery quality.




- Track key operational and project metrics and provide MIS/status reports to management.

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations, project coordination, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent client communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organisation, team coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and project management tools.
- Prior experience working on ERP, software, or IT projects is an added advantage.
- Certification in Project Management or Operations Management is an added advantage.
