Roles And Responsibilities:-

- Lead a team of SEO specialists and oversee their day-to-day activities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits to identify areas for improvement
- Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements for maximum search visibility
- Create and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority
- Analyze website performance using SEO tools and provide regular reports on key metrics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, web developers, and designers to implement SEO recommendations




- Monitor the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
- Mentor and train team members on SEO techniques and best practices

Experience Requirements:-

- Prior experience as an SEO specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated success in improving search engine rankings and driving organic traffic
- In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices in on-page optimization
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Moz
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in SEO
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Certification in SEO or digital marketing is a plus
