- Co-ordination with head quarter at Germany for support on service and repair activities.
- JTI Post Sales Services and breakdown support.
- Service center auditing, maintaining the TAT data and implantations of standard operational processes in SAP.
- Material IN and OUT master live updates
Knowledge / Specialization / Experience / Expertise required in the areas like:
1. Knowledge of DC Tightening Systems
2. Required Automotive market knowledge and experience background.
3. Knowledge of electrical circuits, wiring diagrams reading & understanding,
4.
Min 2 years’ experience from service/I & C background to Auto & Tier 1 customers.
