A Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, and driving revenue growth. This role heavily involves prospecting, cold calling, and building a strong sales pipeline.
Experience - 1–3 years experience in Lead generation and cold calling.
Salary - 15,000 to 35,000

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Lead Generation
- Research and identify potential clients through databases, Linked In, directories, and other sources
- Build and maintain a qualified lead database
- Use email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to generate interest
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
2️⃣ Cold Calling
- Outreach Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Introduce company products/services effectively
- Understand client needs and pain points
- Schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
3️⃣ Client Relationship
- Building Develop rapport with potential clients
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects
- Handle initial objections and queries
4️⃣ Sales Pipeline
- Management Track leads and activities in CRM software
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and meeting targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
5️⃣ Market Research
- Analyze market trends and competitors
- Identify new industries and verticals for expansion
Qualifications
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication & persuasion skills
- Confidence in cold calling
- Lead qualification expertise
- Negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Time management & target-oriented mindset
- Technical Skills in bidding portals like (Upwork, freelancer, guru etc...)
- MS Office / Google Workspace
- Linked In Sales Navigator (preferred)
- Education - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
