This role involves being the primary technical point of contact for customers, focusing on expert network management and issue resolution. You will be responsible for analyzing complex network problems, providing detailed technical reports, and fostering strong customer relationships. This position requires a creative and proactive approach to challenging the status quo and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Deliver advanced technical solutions and services for network management.
- Diagnose and resolve complex network infrastructure and application issues.
- Develop and present detailed technical reports with actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and improve service.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure positive engagement experiences.
- 8+ years of engineering expertise in 5G and 4G core nodes.
- Proficiency in managing service-based interfaces and protocols.
- Demonstrated experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
Experience with telecommunications and 5G network environments, including on-premises infrastructure implementation and operations, is required.
