We are hiring a highly motivated Deputy Manager – Counseling to lead Admissions and Inside Sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of Tele-Counselors, driving student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high conversion rates through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of 30–70 Tele-Counselors.
n
- Drive admissions, enrollments, and revenue generation.
n
- Monitor team performance and achieve monthly sales targets.
n
- Handle lead management, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
n
- Develop strategies to improve conversion ratios and admissions funnel performance.
n
- Conduct coaching, training, and performance review sessions.
n
- Track KPIs, productivity metrics, and team effectiveness.
n
- Prepare MIS reports and provide actionable insights.
n

- Graduation mandatory.
