Service Advisor – Job Description

Company: George Maijo Automobiles (Maruti Suzuki ARENA & NEXA)

Location: Kalamassery / Ernakulam, Kerala

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service concerns.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain repair work, service requirements, costs, and estimated delivery time.
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Ensure quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Deliver vehicles on time and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and maintain strong customer relationships.

Eligibility

- Diploma (3 years) in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering.
- 1- 3 years of experience in the automobile industry.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Sound technical knowledge of automotive systems.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience with Maruti Suzuki vehicles is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
