*Job Summary*

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to accurately enter, update, and maintain company data in various systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.

*Key Responsibilities*

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and software systems.

Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Maintain physical and digital records in an organized manner.

Prepare, sort, and process documents for data entry.

Generate reports and retrieve data as required by management.

Perform regular data quality checks and correct errors.

Coordinate with internal departments to collect and verify information.

Ensure confidentiality and security of company data.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity and accuracy targets.

Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

*Required Qualifications*





Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.

*2+ years of experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role*

Excellent typing speed with high accuracy.

*Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Sheets.*

Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or database management systems is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
