Hiring -_Nursery Teacher (From Nursery to 2nd)

Work Responsibilities of a Mother Teacher :

- Teaching all core subjects (Language, Math, Environmental Studies, etc.) to the same set of students.
- Creating lesson plans that are age-appropriate, engaging, and aligned with curriculum goals.
- Building a secure emotional workplace where children feel safe and valued.
- Helping students adjust to school life, especially in early grades.
- Encouraging positive behavior and social skills, including sharing, cooperation, and empathy.
- Regular communication with parents,



updating them on academic and emotional progress.
- Participating in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs) and addressing parental concerns.
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Managing classroom routines, discipline, and transitions smoothly.
- Encouraging student participation and maintaining positive teacher-student relationships.
