Job Responsibilities

- Contact interested leads provided by the company.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services effectively.
- Schedule appointments or connect qualified leads with the respective team.
- Handle enquiries for multiple clients across different industries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain a positive customer experience throughout the communication process.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, Tele Sales Executive, or Customer Support Executive.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English. (Hindi is an added advantage.)
- Confident in handling customers over phone.
- Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
