We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Student Counselor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining course details, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ needs and help them choose the right program.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly admission targets.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and convincing skills. Fluency in Bengali is mandatory.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality.
- Prior experience in counseling or telecalling preferred (freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply).

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
