- Handle billing and POS operations smoothly during service hours
- Greet customers, take orders, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Manage daily cash reconciliation and end-of-day reports
- Assist with basic daily purchases and vendor coordination
- Maintain petty cash records and simple expense entries
- Support general outlet operations — cleanliness, stock, team coordination
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations calmly
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing, front desk, or café/restaurant operations
- Valuable communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Comfortable with billing software or POS systems
- Basic knowledge of accounts / tally is a plus
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude
- candidates preferred, age up to 30 years
Pay: From ₹16,500.00 per month
