Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Sourcing & Supply Chain Manager to oversee end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations. This role involves sourcing reliable suppliers, negotiating optimal terms, ensuring product quality, and managing efficient logistics from sourcing to delivery.

You will play a key role in scaling our e-commerce operations by optimizing supplier networks, improving inventory flow, and building a cost-effective, resilient supply chain that supports growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end sourcing, supplier identification, onboarding and performance management
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills while working with global suppliers to build long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships
- Lead contract negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable payment terms, and service levels
- Oversee inventory planning and replenishment strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking
- Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders,



and 3PLs to ensure efficient shipping, global import/export compliance and seamless fulfillment
- Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across all suppliers
- Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain efficiency and resilience

Required Skills:

- Strong English understanding and communication skills
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills
- Expertise in cost reduction strategies without compromising quality
- Ability to design and implement scalable sourcing strategies
- Strong understanding of risk management (supplier diversification, disruption planning)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process optimization and continuous improvement
- Experience implementing or managing quality control standards and audits
- understanding of inventory management principles (forecasting, safety stock, demand planning)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
