About the Company

Nexus Visa International is a trusted visa and immigration consultancy specializing in Student Visas, Visitor Visas, Work Permits, and Business Visas for countries including the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, Singapore, USA, New Zealand, and more.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our Chennai (Vadapalani) office.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain visa services and study abroad opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments for visa counsellors.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update client details and call records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the counselling and processing teams.





Requirements

- 6 Months to 1 Year of Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English (Hindi is an added advantage).
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a Visa Consultancy or Education Consultancy will be preferred.
