- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation & advantages, performance management, training and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Partner with Plant HR teams to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, employee data management, performance processes, and HR compliance, while maintaining centralised oversight and data integrity
- Support talent management initiatives including workforce planning coordination,
succession tracking, capability development inputs, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, statutory requirements, and audit frameworks related to employee data, documentation, and HR processes.
- Maintain and monitor organisation-wide HR MIS, analytics, and reporting to support leadership decision-making and statutory/management requirements.
- Act as a liaison between Business Heads, Plant HR, and Corporate leadership to drive alignment of HR priorities with organizational goals and manages PMS.
