We are looking for a detail-oriented Finishing Engineer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in executing and supervising all finishing works for residential projects while maintaining high standards of quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise all finishing activities including:
- Floor and wall tiling
- Internal & external painting
- Wall putty, plaster corrections and texture finishes
- False ceiling works
- Doors, windows and hardware installation
- Modular kitchen and wardrobe coordination
- Sanitaryware and CP fittings
- Electrical fixtures and final finishing

- Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site supervisors.
- Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules.
- Conduct inspections and prepare snag lists before handover.




- Ensure finishing works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
- Minimize rework through proactive quality checks.

Requirements

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in finishing works for residential or commercial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishing techniques and quality standards.
- Ability to read architectural and interior drawings.
- Positive coordination, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in project handover and client snag resolution will be an advantage.
