Role Overview

Youmed Healthbridge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-driven professional to manage sales billing and transaction processing through MARG ERP. The role is mission-critical to ensuring accurate order servicing, seamless invoicing, and real-time inventory alignment within a fast-paced wholesale drug distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute day-to-day sales billing operations on MARG ERP software.
- Process wholesale medicine orders with speed and accuracy.
- Generate invoices, credit notes, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with warehouse/outbound teams for order fulfillment.
- Maintain real-time stock updates and batch tracking.
- Handle customer account queries related to billing and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical invoicing norms (GST, batch, expiry).
- Support audit and reconciliation activities when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 2 year hands-on experience operating MARG ERP in a pharma wholesale/retail setup.
- Working knowledge of medicine billing formats, batch management, and expiry tracking.




- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email communication).
- Strong numerical accuracy and process discipline.
- Ability to perform under high transaction volumes.

Compensation Structure

- Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month(Final compensation aligned to experience, system proficiency, and interview evaluation.)
