We are looking for experienced ETP / RO / UF Operators for the Lubrizol Site at Bharuch, Gujarat. The candidate should have hands-on experience in operating and maintaining ETP, RO, and UF systems while ensuring smooth plant operations and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor ETP, RO & UF plants.
- Monitor process parameters and maintain water quality standards.
- Perform chemical dosing and process control activities.
- Conduct routine inspection of plant equipment.
- Carry out preventive and minor breakdown maintenance.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and report abnormalities.
- Maintain daily logbooks, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure housekeeping and compliance with safety procedures.
- Coordinate with the Site Incharge for smooth plant operations.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in ETP / RO / UF plant operations.
- Knowledge of water treatment processes and parameter monitoring.
- Chemical dosing management.
- Preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Reporting and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork.
