Position

Assistant Academic Coordinator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a responsible, sincere, and organized person to assist in managing the day-to-day academic operations of our academy. Retired teachers and experienced academic staff are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing class timetables.
- Help organize weekly tests, monthly exams, and Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs).
- Coordinate with teachers and monitor daily academic activities.
- Maintain student attendance and academic records.
- Communicate with parents regarding attendance and academic progress.
- Handle admission inquiries and student documentation.
- Perform computer work using MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, email, and WhatsApp.
- Support the Director in the smooth functioning of the academy.

Eligibility

- Experience in a school, coaching institute, or educational organization preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.




- Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and basic English.
- Honest, disciplined, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a team and take responsibility.

Preference

- Male and Female candidates are welcome.
- Retired teachers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates residing in or near Pal, Surat will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary

₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance.)

Working Hours

- Monday to Saturday
- 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Lunch Break: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
