Job Description:

Transfer existing developments from Navision 2018 to the recent development platform to upgrade to Business Central.

Identify and implement the requirements needed for the transition to Business Central. Coordinate with consulting firms during the transition to Business Central.

Play an active role in developments required by the company a er transitioning to Business Central.

Participate in the implementation of Microso Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions for clients, including system configuration, customization, data migration, and integration with third-party applications.

Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.

Develop and implement customizations using AL language, extensions, and integrations with other Microso and third-party products.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for clients and internal teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Microso Dynamics 365 Business Central and related technologies.

Experience with customization, configuration,



and integration of Business Central modules, including Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory.

Qualifications:

Experience in development on Navision 2018 and earlier versions.

Experience in upgrading from Navision to Business Central.

Proven experience in integrating Microso Business Central with various other systems.

Expertise in Microso Business Central development and customization.

Strong organizational skills, problem-solving attitude, and ability to work in a team.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong technical skills in AL language, Visual Studio Code, and Dynamics 365 Business Central development tools.

Advanced English language skills are mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications: Microso Dynamics certifications.

Experience in project management and consulting.

Proficiency in SQL, C/AL, AL, and other related technologies.

Minimum 5 years of experience working with Microso Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Dynamics NAV/Navision).
