Job Description – Consultant Gastroenterologist

Position: Consultant Gastroenterologist
Location: Gulabi Bagh, Delhi

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and manage diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and biliary system.
- Conduct OPD consultations and manage IPD patients.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic gastrointestinal endoscopic procedures.
- Evaluate and manage acute and chronic gastrointestinal disorders.
- Collaborate with surgeons, radiologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
- Ensure adherence to NABH standards, hospital protocols, and ethical medical practices.
- Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment plans, and lifestyle modifications.

Eligibility

- Qualification: DM Gastroenterology (Mandatory)
- Valid NMC/State Medical Council Registration
- Strong clinical and endoscopy skills
- Experience in managing OPD, IPD, and emergency gastroenterology cases preferred
