We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Manager to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Tata Cliq, or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, sales performance, advertising, and marketplace compliance.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of online marketplaces
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SEO)
- Monitor sales, pricing, inventory, and competitor activity
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions and ad campaigns
- Handle order issues, returns, and customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies
- Analyze performance reports and optimize for growth
✅ Requirements
- Proven experience managing e-commerce marketplaces
- Solid understanding of marketplace SEO and algorithms
- Experience with paid ads (Amazon Ads, etc.) is a plus
- Analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
