Barista Requirements
We're looking for someone who is passionate about coffee and committed to excellence.
You should:
- Have strong knowledge of espresso-based coffee and specialty cold beverages.
- Understand coffee extraction, milk texturing, brewing techniques, and beverage consistency.
- Be able to prepare a wide range of coffees and cold brews with confidence.
- Follow and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistently.
- Have the ability to develop and improve SOPs for workflow, beverage preparation, cleanliness, and quality standards.
- Be detail-oriented, maintain excellent hygiene, and provide outstanding customer service.
- Be eager to learn, adapt,
and grow with the team.
Kitchen Crew Requirements
- Passion for food preparation and maintaining quality.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
- Maintain consistency in preparation and presentation.
- Work efficiently as part of a team.
