Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

o Oversee and maintain optimum inventory levels across all project sites and warehouses.

o Track material movement, monitor stock availability, and prevent shortages or overstocking.

o Implement inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and timely updates.

2. Material Handling & Storage:

o Manage the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials in alignment with project requirements.

o Optimize warehouse layout and storage space utilization to enhance operational efficiency.

o Ensure proper identification, tagging, and record-keeping of all materials and equipment.

3. Procurement Coordination:

o Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials.

o Verify purchase orders, delivery challans, and supplier documentation for accuracy and completeness.

o Support the evaluation of suppliers based on material quality,



delivery timelines, and reliability.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

o Maintain complete documentation of stock registers, goods receipt notes, and material issue records.

o Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and statutory norms.

o Conduct periodic stock audits and reconcile discrepancies, reporting findings to management.

5. Team Leadership & Process Improvement:

o Lead and mentor store executives, supervisors, and assistants to ensure smooth daily operations.

o Develop and implement best practices in stores management, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.

o Drive digitalization of inventory tracking and reporting systems for transparency and control.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 15 to 20 years of experience in Stores and Inventory Management within the Construction or Infrastructure industry

Skills & Competencies

· Solid knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse management

· Hands-on experience with ERP or inventory management software

· Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to manage large-scale material operations across multiple sites

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
