Title: Senior Consultant

Relevant Experience: 8 – 13 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Advanced degree is preferred.

Location: India-Remote

Required Skills:

- Overall 8+ years of Oracle Utilities
- Minimum 4-5 MDM/C2M Implementations for large utility programs
- Expert level experience of Oracle MDM in C2M
- Ability to configure meter setup & process meter reads.
- Knowledge of base and creating custom VEE rules.
- Knowledge of Prepaid module configuration, Tariff configuration and Usage calculation rules.
- Should be able to Integrate Head End Systems (HES) with Oracle C2M.
- Ability to configure the system for demo to clients.
- Should understand batch process in MDM and should be an expert in Metering part of C2M
- Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end Oracle Utilities MDM / C2M implementation projects in the Power, Water or Gas domain(s)
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional and technical design documents ensuring that proposed solutions align with business objectives
- Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver business process mapping and solution design
- Design and implement integration with Head-End Systems (HES) and other upstream/downstream systems.




- Possess a deep understanding of MDM areas, including VEE Rules, Device Management, Usage Management, Measuring Components, Device Events, Device Communication, Usage Subscription, Time of Use (TOU), Interval Meter Data, and XML formats.
- Develop and customize solutions using Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF), Java and Groovy.
- Participate in SDLC phases (Agile/Waterfall) including design, development, testing, and deployment
- Configure and optimize batch processes and metering workflows in MDM
- Support client demos, UAT cycles, and stakeholder walkthroughs
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for MDM-related issues
- Personal Skills:
- The candidate must have strong experience in utilities domain.
- Very solid communication skills to analyze customer requirements.
- Candidates must be willing to work with different cultures and be able to adjust work hours to different time zones as needed.
- The resource should be able to interact with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Provide technical support to team members in case required.
- The resource should be able to work in tight timelines and also work on innovative ways to deliver projects.
