1. DAILY MAINTENANCE

· Note down of floor meter readings

· Light & AC operation on floor area depending upon staffs available on the floor area.

· Checking of floor Cameras and DVR(If installed )

· Checking of fire alarm panel status & floor access doors.

· Checking of Emergency Light and emergency exit signage operation.

· Checking of lighting DBs, UPS DBs, Raw Power DBs, all floor lights.

· Checking of AC indoor & outdoor condition.

· Note down of AC temperature details on floor area.

· Checking of electrical & HUB room AC temperature.

· Checking of floor washroom doors , window, WC’s, Urinal Pots, wash basins, Taps, Jet sprays, water dispensers & water filter working condition.

· Checking of floor all toilet & main sewage drain lines.

· Checking of exhaust and fresh air condition at all toilets.

· Checking of Sprinkler and hydrant system pressure details.

· Checking of floor all plants.

· On Call floor maintenance.

· Store Materials management.

· Shutoff the lights, AC, fresh air & exhaust system at toilets and unwanted supply units after office hours.

2. WEEKLY MAINTENANCE (1st,3rd & 5th Saturday –(General Shift both electrician’s 9AM to 6PM)

· Preventive maintenance activity on lighting DBs, UPS DBs, Raw Power DBs, work station power points,



all floor lights as per PMS schedule.

3. MONTHLY MAINTENANCE–(General Shift both electrician’s )

· Checking of all fire extinguisher condition.

· Preventive maintenance activity on chairs & doors.

· Preventive maintenance on urinal pots ,exhaust and fresh air systems.

· Checking of window curtain units.

· Preventive maintenance activity on water dispenser & have to arrange water sample for testing.

· Checking of all openable window condition.

4. OTHER / Quarterly MAINTENANCE–(General Shift both electrician’s )

· Co-ordination with Sub-contractor/ service providers and to complete the following preventive maintenance works,

1.1 AC indoor & outdoors servicing.

1.2 Fire alarm servicing and testing (all smoke detectors, Hooter & Public announcement systems).

1.3 Access system.

1.4 CCTV System(If installed )

1.5 Fire Hydrant and sprinkler system.

1.6 Automatic sliding door system.

· Preventive maintenance activity on main electrical & capacitor panel as per PMS schedule.

5. DETAILSOF SCOPE OF WORKS - HELPER–(General Shift timing 9AM to 6PM)

To clean the all floor electrical rooms, transformer room, DG area, pump room and sump pump area.

· To assist the other maintenance if they require any help on the maintenance activity

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
