Lakshmi Shutter is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cost management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manufacturing accounting, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, costing, and manufacturing accounting functions.

Conduct project-wise profitability analysis and financial performance reviews.

Prepare financial statements and management reports.

Ensure GST compliance and statutory financial requirements.

Handle bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education

B.Com / M.Com

MBA (Finance)

Experience & Skills

Candidates should have 5-6 years of relevant work experience.

Experience in costing, budgeting, and manufacturing accounts.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting and compliance.

Experience in GST management and bank reconciliation.





Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable management.

Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Excel.

Monitor cash flow and support financial planning initiatives.

Maintain financial controls and improve accounting processes.

Utilize Tally and MS Excel for reporting and analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Industrial Products, or related industries.

Experience in project-based financial analysis.
