Job Title: Medical Representative

Location: Srinagar, Uttarakhand

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Based on Experience) + Performance Incentives + TA/DA

Job Summary

A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products and strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience in pharmaceutical field sales and a proven ability to achieve sales and prescription targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular doctor visits and field calls within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists, and distributors.
- Generate prescriptions and increase product awareness in the assigned market.
- Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
- Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
- Execute promotional activities and implement sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Maintain daily call reports, expense statements, and sales records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Executive,



or Healthcare Sales Executive.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
