Role: STEM Trainer / Engineer

Department: STEM Education, Robotics & Automation

Location: Coimbatore

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates who are willing to travel schools and training centers with good communication skills, technical knowledge, a professional attitude, and relevant experience will be preferred

Training cum Placement Duration: 4 Months( Freshers)

Stipend: As per company norms

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct STEM, Robotics, AI, IoT, Automation, and 3D Printing training sessions

Handle workshops, FDPs, internships, and technical events

Develop training materials, presentations, reports, and project documentation

Support R&D; activities and innovation projects

Assist in robotics kit handling, testing, and demonstrations

Visit schools, colleges, industries, and client locations for technical activities

Submit daily reports, attendance, and project updates

Coordinate with HR and reporting managers professionally

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of Arduino, Electronics, Robotics, and IoT

Understanding of Embedded Systems and Sensors

Basic programming knowledge

Presentation and communication skills

Canva, PPT, and documentation skills

Willingness to travel for projects and training programs

Eligibility

BE / BTech / ME / MTech / Diploma / BSc / MSc

ECE, EEE, CSE, IT, Robotics, Mechatronics, AI, IoT, or related domains





Freshers and experience(0-1) years

Work Environment Expectations

Professional communication and discipline are mandatory

Employees must maintain punctuality and reporting standards

Attendance and performance will be monitored regularly

Employees may be assigned office, field, school, or work-from-home tasks based on operational requirements

Important Notes

Full time employment opportunities may be offered upon successful completion of the internship, based on individual performance and company requirements

Final job location will be decided by the management based on interview performance and vacancy availability across districts

Candidates are expected to maintain professionalism, discipline, and a mature attitude throughout the internship and employment period

Compensation Details

For Freshers

Internship Stipend: ₹10000per month (First 4 Months)

Salary after Internship: ₹16,500 per month

Additional performance-based incentives and allowances applicable

For Experienced Candidates

Full-time salary from the second month onwards (based on performance)
