Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate TNPSC Tamil & General Studies Trainer to guide aspirants preparing for TNPSC Group I, Group II, Group IIA, Group IV, and other government competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students with effective exam preparation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging classroom and online training sessions for TNPSC aspirants.
- Teach General Tamil / Tamil Eligibility Test topics including Tamil Grammar , Literature, Vocabulary, Authors & Works, and comprehension-based questions.
- Handle General Studies (GS) subjects including:
- Indian History & Tamil Nadu History
- Geography
- Indian Polity
- Indian Economy
- General Science
- Current Affairs
- Development Administration in Tamil Nadu
- Culture, Heritage, and Social Movements
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, notes, question banks, and model test papers.
- Conduct regular tests, revision classes, and performance analysis.
- Explain concepts clearly and provide exam-oriented preparation guidance.
- Mentor students on study plans, time management, and examination strategies.
- Analyze previous year question papers and update teaching content based on exam trends.
- Support students through doubt-clearing sessions and individual guidance.




- Collaborate with the academic team for curriculum planning and improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Tamil, History, Political Science, Geography, Economics, or any relevant discipline.
- Strong knowledge of TNPSC syllabus and examination pattern.
- Experience in teaching TNPSC Tamil and General Studies is preferred.
- Candidates who have cleared TNPSC exams or have competitive exam teaching experience will be given preference.
- Freshers with excellent subject knowledge and communication skills may also apply.

Required Skills

- Excellent Tamil communication and teaching skills.
- Strong command of General Studies subjects.
- Ability to simplify difficult concepts for students.
- Good classroom management and mentoring skills.
- Content creation and question paper preparation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of online teaching tools and MS Office.

Preferred Experience

- TNPSC Group I, II, IIA, IV coaching experience.
- General Tamil and General Studies faculty experience.
- Competitive exam material preparation experience.
