Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and update company social media profiles (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and engaging with the online community.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and infographics, ensuring brand consistency.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news,



providing insights and recommendations.
- Support the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify recent opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Assist with basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) tasks, such as keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
- Help analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) and prepare reports.
