A leading social impact organization is looking for a Senior Manager – Fundraising to lead donor engagement and drive partnerships with CSR teams, foundations, HNIs, and institutional donors.
What we're looking for:
✅ 7–9 years of experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or donor management
✅ Strong relationship-building, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
✅ Experience in CSR, foundations, nonprofit, or social impact sectors preferred
✅ Ability to manage donor pipelines and drive recent partnerships
