Job Description: We are looking for a responsible and proactive Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our student housing facility. The role focuses on ensuring a secure, clean, and comfortable living environment while maintaining strong relationships with residents and managing on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of the student housing property.

Supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.

Address resident queries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Assist with resident onboarding, retention, and lease renewals.

Ensure compliance with housing rules, policies, and safety guidelines.

Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.

Support resident engagement activities and community-building events.

Maintain records related to residents, complaints, and maintenance requests.





Eligibility & Skills:

Prior experience in residential, hostel, or property management (student housing preferred).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.

Leadership skills with experience managing teams.

Problem-solving and conflict-management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
