We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail team. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates who are passionate about customer service and eager to build a career in retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a friendly shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, offers, and promotions.
- Assist customers with product selection and purchase decisions.
- Support the team in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the showroom is clean and well-organized.
- Assist with billing and provide after-sales support when required.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification:
Plus Two.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- 0–2+ years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
