- Identify and generate current business opportunities through various channels (calls, emails, social media, networking, field work)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Handle client queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve offerings
- Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools
