1. Daily Operations Management

- Manage daily car wash / detailing / polishing workflow
- Ensure cars are delivered on time
- Allocate work to staff
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in workshop
- Check quality before vehicle delivery

2. Customer Handling

- Attend walk-in and phone inquiries
- Explain packages (foam wash, ceramic, interior cleaning, etc.)
- Handle complaints professionally
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Build repeat customer relationships

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

- Increase monthly sales targets
- Upsell:
- Ceramic coating
- PPF
- Interior detailing
- AC disinfectant
- Engine bay cleaning
- Create membership / loyalty plans
- Generate corporate tie-ups

4. Staff Management

- Monitor attendance
- Train washing/detailing staff
- Improve team productivity
- Maintain grooming & uniform standards
- Reduce staff conflicts

5. Marketing Coordination

- Coordinate Instagram/Reels promotions
- Handle WhatsApp marketing
- Collect Google reviews
- Run local offers & seasonal campaigns




- Coordinate with digital marketing agency

6. Inventory & Vendor Control

- Track shampoo, polish, microfiber, chemicals stock
- Control wastage
- Order materials on time
- Negotiate with suppliers/vendors

7. Financial Monitoring

- Daily billing monitoring
- Cash & UPI reconciliation
- Expense tracking
- Profit margin monitoring
- Monthly performance reports

8. Reporting to Owner

Usually reports:

- Daily car count
- Revenue
- Repeat customers
- Pending jobs
- Staff issues
- Customer feedback

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
